Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? No problem. Most items can be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as they’re in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
Please note: Made-to-order hand-knitted styles and knitwear patterns are non-refundable.
You’ll receive a refund (excluding shipping) once we’ve received your return and confirmed everything is in good shape. Return costs are your responsibility.
