Recycled Silk Sari Yarn     Hand-Spun & Hand-Dyed Artisan Yarn

A true artisan yarn with a rich texture and vibrant character, our Recycled Silk Sari Yarn is a joy to work with. It brings a unique, slightly rustic finish to your projects it's full of life, color, and story.

This yarn is crafted from the offcuts of sari and silk production in India, giving new purpose to materials that would otherwise go to waste. Hand spun by women artisans using traditional techniques, it supports both sustainable practices and community empowerment.

The silk blend includes strong and resilient Himalayan silk, known for its durability and natural sheen. Each skein is hand-dyed, resulting in one of a kind colorways available only in limited quantities.

  • Fiber: 100% Recycled Silk

  • Yardage: approx. 90–100 meters / 100 grams

  • Recommended Needles: 5 mm – 8 mm

  • Care: Hand wash only
