I'm so proud of myself that I could scream ! I feel like I've been talking about this for months (which makes sense because it's been months since I designed and released the patterns). But I've finally merged THE SIVA COLLECTION ! Yes, the top and the dress, which can also become a skirt….. I'm telling you, this is magic !

Have you ever read a book where you can select which type of ending you want to read?

This is just like that, but just a knitwear pattern with 5 possible products !

So originally when I designed the patterns I had it in the back of my mind as a possibility on how to mix and match the patterns together. That's why I designed two different versions of the upper part, to create variety and options, and now I´ve finally put it together in one pattern, for the knitter to choose which version on their own.

As some of you might have noticed on my Instagram profile, I've been publishing random photos of all of the versions as they have fallen off my needles. So here you will see 4 of the possibilities available:

I'm telling you, I have almost one of each, but I can't control myself and I need to make the dress with the high collar version (like the original SIVA top), and I need to make it in Mulberry silk.

The Mulberry silk is the newest member in the yarn family, and it has all of the spring summer 2023 colours. It's super soft and comfortable to work with and I can't wait to have SIVA dress made with it.

So now the biggest dilemma is which colour to go for.

I do not want to go on this knitting journey alone, and therefore I'm calling all knitters on a SIVAKnit ALONG (KAL). Starting together online on the 24.March. I've created a little SIVACOLLECTION group on facebook so we can stay in touch, post some helpful tips and just enjoy each other's progress.
